Delicious cake pop balls coated in white candy and topped with colorful sprinkles, perfect for festive celebrations and parties.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) container prepared vanilla frosting
  • 0.25 cup multicolored candy sprinkles, or as needed
  • 1 (24 ounce) package vanilla almond bark, or as needed
  • 1 package paper lollipop sticks
  • 1 12x12-inch block of styrofoam
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to blend cake mix, water, eggs, and vegetable oil until moistened, about 30 seconds. Increase speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes until batter is fully combined. Pour mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until the top is lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to finish cooling.
  • In a large bowl, combine crumbled cake and vanilla frosting until well mixed. Roll 2 tablespoons of the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls. Place the cake balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle candy sprinkles into a bowl.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the 4 blocks of vanilla almond bark until smooth. Insert a lollipop stick into a cake ball and dip it into the melted coating, ensuring a full and even coat by spinning it gently. Cover the entire ball and about 1/4 inch of the stick. Repeat with the rest of the cake balls, melting more coating as needed.
  • Add colorful candy sprinkles to each cake ball, either by dipping them or applying them in a creative manner. Then insert lollipop handles into a styrofoam block and allow the coating to harden. Move swiftly as the coating will solidify in about a minute.
