Quick and easy recipe using convenient Coles ingredients for a delicious meal in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x White Mud Cakes
  • 400g bought vanilla frosting
  • 2 Raspberry Macarons
  • 2 Salted Caramel Macarons
  • Coles Musk Sticks, to decorate
  • Assorted pink and white lollies, to decorate
  • Assorted chocolates, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Level the tops of the cakes for a professional finish. Place one cake on a serving platter, generously spread frosting on top, then place the second cake on top. Cover the top and sides with a generous amount of frosting, ensuring a smooth surface.
  • Place the musk sticks along the edge of the dish, then layer with macarons, assorted lollies, and chocolates on top.
