15-minute sweet pork cutlets.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pork cutlets, trimmed of fat
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 250ml white wine
  • 292.50 gm cranberry sauce
  • 20.00 ml thinly sliced sage leaves
  • 20.00 ml chopped thyme leaves
  • Flat-leaf parsley leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper, then sear them in a hot frypan with olive oil until golden on both sides. Finish by baking the cutlets in the oven for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Next, toss the garlic into the pan, sizzle over medium heat briefly. Pour in the white wine and cranberry sauce, stirring until the sauce melts. Let it gently bubble for 2 minutes, then mix in the sage and thyme.
  • Place the pork cutlets back into the pan and generously coat them with the irresistible cranberry wine sauce. Serve the delectable cutlets adorned with fresh parsley, alongside your choice of creamy mashed potatoes, fragrant rice, or crusty bread, and a crisp green salad.
