Try this quick and delicious skillet pork recipe for a hearty dinner in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1-pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup pineapple or orange marmalade spreadable fruit
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, if desired
Instructions:
  • Trim excess fat from the pork, then slice it into 1/4-inch pieces. Season both sides generously with salt.
  • Prepare a nonstick skillet by spraying it with cooking spray and then heating over medium-high heat. Cook the pork in the skillet for 5 to 6 minutes, flipping it once, until it is no longer pink. Remove the pork from the skillet and keep it warm.
  • Combine all the remaining ingredients in a skillet and bring to a boil. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Serve the sauce over the pork.
