Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 65.63 gm soy sauce
  • 40.00 ml sherry
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 600g pork fillet
Instructions:
  • Soak 12 bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning, then drain well.
  • In a bowl, mix grated ginger with soy sauce, sherry, and sesame oil.
  • Cut the pork fillet into bite-sized 2cm cubes, then generously coat them in the flavorful marinade for maximum taste infusion.
  • Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Skewer the pork pieces, discarding any leftover marinade.
  • Preheat a hot plate or grill to medium-high heat and generously brush with oil. Grill the skewers for about 4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy with steamed Asian greens or rice.
