Flavorful overnight marinated pork tenderloin with mustard sauce, great for buffets and potlucks.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup red wine
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 0.33333334326744 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33333334326744 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 tablespoons mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
Instructions:
  • In a large resealable plastic bag, mix wine, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Add tenderloin to the bag and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, ideally overnight.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard powder until well combined. Add minced chives for extra flavor, if desired. Refrigerate until serving.
  • Begin by heating the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Put the meat and marinade in a shallow baking dish, then roast for an hour, making sure to baste it every so often. Cook until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Allow it to rest briefly before slicing it into 1/2-inch thick pieces. Accompany it with a delectable mustard sauce.
