Pork with Sweet Mustard Sauce

Quick and delicious pork with sweet mustard sauce and seasoned salt, ready in 15 minutes for a perfect dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
  • 1 jar (12 ounces) pork gravy
  • 2 tablespoons red currant jelly
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
Instructions:
  • Prepare your 12-inch nonstick skillet by spraying it with cooking spray and heating it over medium heat. Season both sides of the pork with seasoned salt. Cook the pork in the skillet for about 5 minutes, flipping it once, until it is nicely browned.
  • Combine all the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then lower the heat to medium. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce reaches your desired consistency and the pork is slightly pink in the center.
