Spanish-inspired soup, perfect for sharing joy.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 125g chorizo
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 500g potato
  • 50g lentils
  • 1L Real Soup Base –Spanish
  • 40.00 ml chopped parsley
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté chorizo and onion for 5 minutes until chorizo is browned and onion is softened.
  • Combine the potatoes, lentils, and Campbell’s Real Soup Base - Spanish in a pot, stir well, and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer covered on low heat for approximately 20 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
  • Gently fold in fresh parsley and ladle the delicious soup into serving bowls.
