Elevate ham and potato chowder with the addition of creamy, flavorful Betty Crocker® scalloped potatoes for a comforting, slow-cooked meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ scalloped potatoes
  • 1 cup diced fully cooked ham
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 medium stalks celery, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Combine the potatoes, sauce mix, ham, broth, celery, onion, and pepper in a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 7 hours.
  • Combine the half-and-half with the flour and slowly incorporate the mixture into the chowder until well combined.
  • Simmer covered on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until veggies are tender and sauce thickens.
