Salty-sweet cookies with crushed potato chips for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease 2 baking sheets.
  • Use an electric mixer to blend butter and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add vanilla extract to the creamy mixture. Combine flour and crushed potato chips until just mixed. Gently stir in chopped walnuts. Shape dough into 1-inch balls, flatten slightly, and place on baking sheets.
  • Bake until edges are golden, about 10-13 minutes in preheated oven.
