Pecan and potato chip cookies for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.66666668653488 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Cream together smooth butter and sugar in a medium bowl. Add egg yolk and vanilla, stirring well. Gradually mix in the flour until just blended. Fold in crushed potato chips and pecans. Place rounded spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Create a criss-cross pattern on top using a fork dipped in water.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes in a preheated oven until the edges are lightly browned. Let cool on baking sheets.
