Create a delicious fusion dish perfect for cozy family dinners on Friday nights.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg pkt frozen potato gems
  • 30g pkt taco seasoning
  • 500.00 ml coarsely grated cheddar
  • 2 tomatoes, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • Avocado, mashed, to serve
  • Sour cream, to serve
  • Hot sauce, to serve
  • Baby herbs, to serve
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to a toasty 220C (200C fan forced). Spread the potato gems in an ovenproof frying pan, dust them with the taco seasoning, and bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden. Then, shower them with cheese and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the cheese is gooey and irresistible.
  • Garnish with fresh tomato and onion, then layer on creamy avocado, tangy sour cream, spicy hot sauce, and finish with a sprinkle of fragrant herbs. Serve promptly for the best experience.
