Crispy golden potato kugel with grated potatoes, onions, and eggs - a delicious Passover side.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 10 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 2 medium onions, peeled and grated
  • 5 large eggs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
  • Begin by collecting all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  • In a large bowl, thoroughly blend grated potatoes, onions, eggs, 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the well-mixed combination into the prepared dish.
  • Bake in the oven until top is golden brown and crispy, about 1 ½ to 2 hours.
