Impress guests with crispy potato-crusted tilapia fillets - easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup precooked shredded potatoes
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions:
  • Mix shredded potatoes, shallot, honey mustard, red pepper flakes, garlic salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on each portion of fish and add 1/4 of the potato mixture on top, gently pressing it onto the fish.
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, sizzle the fish with the potato side down until beautifully crispy and golden, about 4 to 5 minutes. Gently flip the fish over, lower the heat to medium, and let it cook until easily flaked with a fork, another 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Garnish the fish with fresh lemon wedges for a zesty finish.
