Potato-Ham-Broccoli Skillet

Zesty skillet with ham, broccoli, and cheese - a family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package Betty Crocker™ three-cheese potatoes
  • 2 1/4 cups hot water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked fully cooked smoked boneless ham
  • 1 package (9 ounces) frozen broccoli spears, thawed
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet, bring the potatoes, sauce mix, hot water, milk, margarine, mustard, ham, and broccoli to a boil; then simmer.
  • Simmer for 15-16 minutes until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Finish by sprinkling with cheese.
  • Cover and heat for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is gloriously melted.
