Decadent chocolate with caramel and fluffy whipped cream - the ultimate indulgence!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ German Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 tub (15.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Coconut Pecan Frosting
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • Caramel topping, if desired
  • Sweetened whipped cream, if desired
  • Pecan halves, if desired
  • Toasted coconut, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (or 325°F for a dark or nonstick pan). Combine the dry cake mix and butter in a large bowl. Press the mixture evenly into an ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • In the same bowl, combine the frosting, milk, flour, and egg until well mixed. Pour the mixture evenly over the pan.
  • Bake for 43 to 47 minutes until firm. Serve warm or chilled, topped with the reserved ingredients. Refrigerate leftovers covered.
