Praline-Chocolate Dessert

Delicious pecan dessert, perfect served warm or cool.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Butter Recipe Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 1 tub (15.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Coconut Pecan Frosting
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup raisins, if desired
  • 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • Caramel topping, if desired
  • Sweetened whipped cream, if desired
  • Pecan halves, if desired
  • Toasted coconut, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine the dry cake mix, butter, and cocoa until well mixed. Press the mixture evenly into an ungreased 13x9x2-inch rectangular pan.
  • Combine frosting, milk, raisins, flour, and egg in the same bowl, stirring until well-blended. Evenly pour mixture over what's in the pan.
  • Bake for 45 to 48 minutes until fully set. Serve warm or chilled and top each serving with the reserved ingredients. Any leftovers can be covered and stored in the refrigerator.
