Ingredients:
  • 270g Complete Caesar Salad
  • 2 slices wholemeal Lebanese bread
  • 10 Deli Thawed Cooked Large Black Tiger Prawns, peeled, deveined
  • 1 avocado half, flesh chopped
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine lettuce, bacon, croutons, and majority of the dressing. Toss well to mix. Spread the mixture evenly among the Lebanese bread slices.
  • Arrange the prawns and avocado over the salad, then generously drizzle with the remaining dressing. Finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper for added flavor.
