Ingredients:
  • 60ml lime juice
  • 60ml fish sauce
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 24 Deli Thawed Cooked Peeled Prawns Cutlets, chopped, deveined
  • 40.00 ml chopped coriander leaves
  • 6 butter lettuce leaves
  • Light sour cream, to serve
  • Tomato jam, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar in a large bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add peeled and cubed avocados, prawns, and coriander to the dressing, gently tossing to mix. Spoon the mixture onto lettuce leaves, and garnish with sour cream, tomato jam, and lime wedges. Enjoy!
