Elegant and classic prawn canapé for entertaining.
Ingredients:
  • 180g cooked peeled prawns
  • 1 small avocado, cut into small slices
  • 12 baby cos lettuce leaves
  • 63.13 gm cream
  • 41.60 gm tomato sauce
  • 6.10 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • 21.00 gm fresh lemon juice
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste
Instructions:
  • For the Dressing, mix cream, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper to your liking.
  • Arrange crisp lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Top each leaf with a share of plump prawns and ripe avocado slices. Finish off with a generous drizzle of zesty dressing. Enjoy promptly.
