Delight in mango prawn canapes bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 16 (about 460g) cooked king prawns, peeled, deveined, coarsely chopped
  • 1 small mango, peeled, flesh finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh coriander
  • 42.00 gm fresh lime juice
  • 2 x 60g pkts Salad/Cocktail Canape Cups
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the prawn, mango, onion, coriander, and lime juice.
  • Place the canape cups on a platter. Fill each cup with the prawn mixture, ensuring an even distribution. Enjoy with the Pine & coconut crush on the side (refer to related recipe).
