Enhance your holiday feast with this delightful, flavorful condiment.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (400g each) mangoes, chopped
  • 1 red bird's eye chilli, deseeded, sliced
  • 21.00 gm lime juice
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml shredded fresh mint leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 makrut lime leaf, finely shredded
  • Sliced leg ham, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine mango, chili, lime juice, onion, mint, garlic, and lime leaf in a bowl. Gently stir mixture to blend flavors. Chill in the refrigerator. Serve with makrut lime and lemon salmon or sliced leg ham.
