Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 0.66666668653488 cup dried mango, diced
  • 0.75 cup prepared salsa
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
Instructions:
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add couscous, mango, salsa, cumin, and curry powder. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for about 2 minutes until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
