Spicy mango salsa with red bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice for a colorful kick.
Ingredients:
  • 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 fresh jalapeno chile pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your fresh and flavorful ingredients.
  • Combine luscious mango, vibrant red bell pepper, fresh green onion, spicy jalapeño, aromatic cilantro, zesty lime juice, and tangy lemon juice in a medium bowl.
  • Combine ingredients thoroughly until well mixed. Cover and set aside for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with a side of crispy potato chips.
