Prawn & coriander pizza

Ingredients:
  • Sour cream, to serve
  • 60ml sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 x 27cm pizza bases
  • 500g green prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
  • 1 red capsicum, deseeded, cut into strips
  • 1 bunch coriander, leaves picked
  • Extra sweet chilli sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 230°C and pop in two oven trays.
  • Spread the flavorful sweet chili sauce onto the pizza bases. Generously layer with succulent prawns and vibrant capsicum before placing them on the hot trays.
  • Bake until the base is crisp and the prawns are cooked through, 12-15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle coriander over the pizzas, add a dollop of sour cream, and finish with a drizzle of sweet chili sauce.
