Prawn and leek spaghetti

Delicious homemade spaghetti with succulent banana prawns, savory leeks, and fragrant dill.
Ingredients:
  • 400g spaghetti
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1kg raw banana prawns, deveined, tails intact
  • 40.00 ml dill, chopped
  • 1 leek, chopped
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions:
  • Boil the spaghetti in a large saucepan according to the instructions on the packet. Once cooked, drain the spaghetti and place it back in the pan to keep it warm.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Saute leek for 5 minutes until soft. Stir in garlic, chilli, and prawns, and cook for 3-5 minutes until prawns are opaque. Finish by adding lemon juice and tossing to combine.
  • Drizzle spaghetti with a generous amount of olive oil, sprinkle with freshly chopped dill, and toss until well mixed.
