Prawn and salsa verde pizza

Delightful family dinner to share.
Ingredients:
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 2 drained anchovy fillets, chopped
  • 2 tsp capers, drained, chopped
  • 1 long fresh red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 30cm bought pizza base
  • 100g bocconcini, thinly sliced
  • 12 green prawns, peeled, deveined
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Mix together the oil, parsley, anchovy, capers, chili, and garlic in a bowl.
  • - Preheat your oven to 220C and prepare a pizza tray by greasing and preheating it. - Evenly spread half of the oil mixture over the pizza base. - Place bocconcini on top of the base. - Bake the pizza on the tray for 5 minutes. - After 5 minutes, add the prawns and spray with oil. - Continue baking for an additional 10 minutes or until the base is nice and crisp.
  • Drizzle the lemon juice over the remaining oil mixture and then over the pizza.
