Ingredients:
  • 500g green banana prawns
  • 36.40 gm peanut oil
  • 2 rashers bacon, chopped
  • 20.00 ml grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g fresh shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 800.00 gm cooked white rice
  • 60ml kecap manis
  • 60ml oyster sauce
  • 1 bunch chives, roughly chopped
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare the prawns by removing the shells and deveining them.
  • In a wok, heat oil until sizzling, then stir-fry bacon until golden. Toss in prawns and cook until they turn pink and are fully cooked. Set aside and keep warm.
  • 1. Stir-fry ginger, garlic, onions, and shiitake mushrooms in a wok for 30 seconds. Add rice and continue stir-frying until hot. Mix in bacon, prawns, kecap manis, oyster sauce, chives, and eggs.
  • Stir-fry until everything is mixed and heated through, then serve right away.
