Ingredients:
  • 4 Arnott’s Vita-Weat 9 grains crisp breads
  • 2 thin slices prosciutto, halved
  • 35g bocconcini, torn
  • 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves, to garnish
Instructions:
  • Arrange slices of prosciutto, bocconcini, and tomato on top of Arnott’s Vita-Weat 9 grains crisp breads. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
