Create a gourmet salad with pre-cut greens and a simple dressing for a quick and tasty meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mixed baby salad greens
  • 2 slices prosciutto, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
Instructions:
  • Mix the vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl until smooth using a wire whisk.
  • Combine greens, prosciutto, cheese, and pine nuts in a serving bowl. Right before serving, drizzle vinaigrette over the salad and mix well to coat.
