Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup diced prosciutto
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 French baguettes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 cup toasted pine nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream the butter in a medium bowl, then mix in the prosciutto, Parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper until well blended.
  • Place the baguettes on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven until lightly toasted, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Spread the baguette slices generously with the delicious butter mixture, then beautifully arrange them on a large serving platter before sprinkling with pine nuts for a delightful finish.
