Pizza with Mortadella and Prosciutto

Grilled pizza with fresh mozzarella, spicy chiles, cured meats, and Parmesan - ready in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • Fresh pizza dough (homemade or store bought)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Shaved Parmesan cheese
  • Thinly sliced mortadella, cut into strips
  • Thinly sliced prosciutto
  • Fresno chile peppers, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Place the hand-tossed pizza dough on a hot grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the bottom is firm.
  • Flip it and coat with luscious olive oil, then season with a pinch of salt and a crackle of pepper.
  • Layer the mortadella and prosciutto onto the pizza before adding the thinly sliced fresno peppers and shaved parmesan cheese on top.
  • Grill until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, which usually takes around 5 minutes.
