Quick and tasty appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 5 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 5 ounces Parmesan cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons prepared Dijon mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and give your baking sheet a quick spritz with nonstick oil spray.
  • Place the thawed pastry on a flat surface and gently roll it out. Spread a layer of Dijon mustard on the pastry sheets. Top with prosciutto and cheese. Roll the sheets starting from the long side, then slice into 1-inch thick sections. Transfer the sections onto a baking sheet.
  • Place in the warm oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
