Prosciutto-wrapped beans with aioli

Prosciutto-wrapped beans with delicious aioli steal the spotlight.
Ingredients:
  • 12 slices prosciutto, halved lengthways
  • 300g green beans
  • Prepared aioli, to serve (see Notes)
Instructions:
  • Wrap the prosciutto tightly around a bundle of 2 or 3 beans.
  • Preheat the barbecue or char-grill on high heat, then lightly spray the bundles with oil.
  • Grill until beautifully browned on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy with a side of creamy aioli.
