Nutrient-packed protein balls with vanilla protein powder, almond butter, seeds, and oats. No baking required.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.33333334326744 cup almond butter
  • 0.25 cup quinoa
  • 0.125 cup chia seeds
  • 0.125 cup flax seeds
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa nibs
  • 3 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
  • Combine oats, almond butter, quinoa, chia seeds, flax seeds, protein powder, cocoa nibs, and honey in a bowl, mixing until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and place them on a sheet of parchment paper.
  • Chill for a minimum of 20 minutes before enjoying.
