Protein-packed peanut butter mini cookies bursting with sweet flavor, a delightful treat for all.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 0.66666668653488 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup whey protein powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a bowl, use a fork to smoothly combine peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Add sugar, whey protein, and salt, mixing until well blended.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and shape it into 3/4-inch balls. Arrange the balls on ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 1/2 inch apart. Flatten each cookie to 1/4-inch thickness using a fork.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 6 minutes until the edges turn golden brown. Allow to cool for at least 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
