Delicious and quick salmon, pesto, spinach, and puff pastry pastry bites.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (12 ounce) skinless, boneless salmon fillets
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 (17.25 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 0.33333334326744 cup pesto
  • 1 (6 ounce) package spinach leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect temperature to get started on your delicious dish!
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Layer half of the spinach on each puff pastry sheet, placing it in the center. Top each mound of spinach with a seasoned salmon fillet. Spread pesto over the salmon, then add the remaining spinach on top. Moisten the pastry edges with water, fold them to the center, and seal them together securely.
  • Bake until the pastry is puffed and golden, and the salmon is fully cooked, about 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven.
