Puffy cheese and olive pastry swirls

Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet ready rolled puff pastry, thawed
  • 3 tsp black olive tapenade
  • 165.00 ml grated parmesan cheese
  • ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • 1. Coat puff pastry with savory olive tapenade, then add a generous layer of Parmesan cheese and a dash of freshly ground black pepper. Roll the pastry into a spiral and slice into 1cm-wide pieces. Place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until beautifully golden and crispy. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
