Quick and mouthwatering pulled pork pizzas, ready in just 30 minutes for a satisfying weekend treat that will disappear in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 480g pkt Pork Ready to Pull Shoulder Apple BBQ Sauce
  • 2 stone-baked pizza bases
  • 95g taco sauce
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 400g can black beans, rinsed, drained
  • 82.50 ml drained sliced jalapeños
  • 100g pizza cheese
  • 200g pkt coleslaw mix
  • 39.60 gm chipotle aioli
  • 62.50 ml coriander sprigs
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C while preparing the pork as instructed on the packet.
  • Prepare 2 baking trays with baking paper. Then, lay out the pizza bases on the trays. Spread a layer of taco sauce evenly on each base. Next, top with pulled pork, onion, black beans, jalapeños, and cheese. Lastly, bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • Mix the coleslaw and aioli together in a bowl.
  • Garnish the pizzas with fresh coriander. Plate alongside a tangy coleslaw blend and lime wedges for a vibrant presentation.
