Fall-inspired pumpkin banana smoothie with cinnamon and brown sugar, perfect for a quick and tasty breakfast!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Transfer the pumpkin puree into a resealable bag and place it in the freezer for 8 hours to overnight.
  • Thaw the pumpkin at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Combine milk, pumpkin, banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in the blender. Blend until smooth, about 3 minutes.
