Ingredients:
  • 4 cubes ice, or more if desired
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup pumpkin puree
  • 0.33333334326744 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground allspice
Instructions:
  • Combine ice, milk, pumpkin puree, yogurt, banana, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and vanilla in a blender and blend until creamy.
