Indulge in a velvety pumpkin pie smoothie shake for a taste of the holidays anytime.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup canned pumpkin
  • 0.5 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 cup ice
  • 2 graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine pumpkin, ice cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Blend until creamy. Add ice and blend again until smooth.
  • Divide the graham cracker crumbs evenly between 2 small glasses. Fill each glass halfway with the blended pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle another portion of the graham cracker crumbs on top. Divide the remaining pumpkin mixture between the glasses. Finish off each glass with a dollop of whipped cream and a final sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy!
