Creamy pumpkin pie made with sugar substitute for a guilt-free sweet treat. Simply mix pumpkin puree, milk, egg, sugar substitute, cinnamon, and cloves, pour into pie shell, and bake for 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
  • 1 cup solid pack pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 packets granulated artificial sweetener
Instructions:
  • Whisk eggs, sugar substitute, and spices until light and fluffy. Stir in milk followed by pumpkin until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a flaky, 8-inch pie crust and bake at 350 degrees F until a knife inserted comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
