Ingredients:
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 0.5 cup dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon aspartame sweetener
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
Instructions:
  • Combine raisins, dates, and water in a small pan. Boil for 3 minutes, then cool. In a medium bowl, mix oil, eggs, vanilla, artificial sweetener, flour, baking soda, and oats. Stir in the boiled mixture, then refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Use a teaspoon to scoop cookie dough onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
