Fall-favorite pumpkin chocolate chip cookies: a perfect blend of pumpkin pie and chocolate in a soft, cake-like treat. A crowd-pleaser every time!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased baking sheet.
  • In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, sugar, oil, and egg. In a small bowl, dissolve baking soda in milk and stir into the pumpkin mixture.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl. Mix in with pumpkin mixture until well combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips, walnuts, and vanilla until just combined.
  • Spoon drops of the mixture onto the cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and firm, about 10 minutes.
