Frozen pumpkin spice frappes with almond milk and coffee, inspired by a famous coffee chain, made by blending pumpkin puree with icy goodness.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 0.25 cup stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 cups cold coffee
Instructions:
  • Combine almond milk, pumpkin puree, stevia, and pumpkin spice in a bowl, then transfer mixture into ice cube trays. Freeze until firm, at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • Combine the pumpkin ice cubes and coffee in a blender and blend until creamy.
