Indulgent white chocolate pumpkin fudge with marshmallow creme and warming spices for the ultimate treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup evaporated milk
  • 2.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.75 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9x9 inch pan by lining it with aluminum foil and greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
  • In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, gently warm milk and sugar until boiling, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
  • Stir in the pumpkin puree and cinnamon and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 18 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine white chocolate chips with the fudge mixture. Allow the white chocolate to soften for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth. Add marshmallow creme, butter, and vanilla, mixing until butter is melted and the mixture is smooth. Pour into prepared pan, cool, cut into squares, and store in a cool, dry place.
