Elevate fudge brownies with mixed nuts, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup from 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Vanilla Frosting
  • 8 drops green food color
  • 24 small pumpkin-shaped candies
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan. Prepare the brownie batter according to the box instructions, but don't forget to mix in the peanuts before spreading the batter in the pan.
  • Bake for 24 to 26 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out almost clean. Sprinkle warm brownies with marshmallows and chocolate chips right away.
  • Bake for an additional 3 minutes or until marshmallows are nicely puffed. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  • Place the frosting in a small microwavable bowl and microwave it uncovered on High for 15 seconds. Stir in the food color and drizzle it over the bars. Allow them to cool completely, which should take about 1 hour. Cut the bars into 6 rows by 4 rows, and finally, top each bar with a candy.
