Make adorable pumpkin cupcakes with Betty Crocker™ for a fun Halloween party!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ White Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil, and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 1 Package Betty Crocker™ Neon Gel Food Colors
  • 1 Tube Betty Crocker™ white decorating icing
  • 1 Can Betty Crocker™ orange decorating cake icing
  • 1 Tube Betty Crocker™ green decorating icing
  • 1 Package Betty Crocker™ Candy Shop candy eyeballs
  • 1 Package Betty Crocker™ Decorating Tips (8-pack)
  • 1 Package Betty Crocker™ baking cups
  • 12 Pretzel sticks
Instructions:
  • Mix the white cake mix in a bowl until smooth, then add orange food coloring until you reach the desired orange hue.
  • After placing the cupcake batter in Betty Crocker™ cupcake liners, allow the cupcakes to cool fully.
  • Gently lift two cooled cupcakes from liners. Frost the first cupcake with a layer of orange icing using the round tip (#12), then stack the second cupcake upside down on top.
  • Place two "Eyeballs" decorations on top of the cupcake after adding a small amount of icing on the back of each one.
  • Pipe small tooth-shaped rectangles between two cupcakes using the round tip (#12) with White Tube Icing.
  • Pipe 2 small leaves at the center of the cupcake using the Green Tube Icing and leaf tip (#352).
  • Insert a delicate pretzel stick into the center of the pumpkin face cupcake.
