Whip up a delightful fall breakfast with Pumpkin Pie Pancakes using canned pumpkin and warm spices. Quick and easy with Bisquick™ Mix, these pancakes are the perfect cozy treat to kickstart your day in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups fat-free (skim) milk
  • 2 cups Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • Real maple syrup, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a medium-large bowl, blend all ingredients together until smooth, resulting in a thick batter.
  • Preheat a griddle over medium-high heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot griddle. Cook until bubbles form around the edges, then flip and cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.
  • Drizzle pancakes with rich maple syrup.
